BCAM- Terms of Use for Subscription

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the subscription services offered through the BCAM- Background Video Recorder mobile application ("App"), developed by pub: 2tDev. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Services

The App offers two types of subscription plans:

  • Weekly Subscription: This subscription plan does not offer a free trial period.
  • Monthly Subscription: This subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial period.

2. Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans are auto-renewable. This means that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

3. Free Trial

  • Monthly Subscription Free Trial: The monthly subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial period. During this period, you can use the App’s premium features without being charged. If you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the 3-day free trial, your account will be automatically charged for the monthly subscription fee.

  • Eligibility: The free trial is only available to new users and can only be used once per user. If you have previously subscribed to the monthly plan and canceled, you will not be eligible for another free trial.

4. Payment

  • Payment Method: All payments will be charged to your Google Play store account. You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to our services.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each billing cycle thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellation

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. If you cancel, you will still have access to the App’s premium features for the remaining period of your subscription.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods or for unused accounts.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify the subscription terms, including pricing and benefits, at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms within the App. Your continued use of the subscription services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
